Chanter Pâques, Ascension et Pentecôte
Sous la direction du fr. Bernard de Cock o.p., prieur
L'Église a déployé l'unique Fête de Pâques en trois fêtes : Pâques, l'Ascension et la Pentecôte: la résurrection de Jésus, le retour de Jésus auprès de son Père et son envoi du Saint-Esprit. Nous venons de terminer ce grand cycle liturgique. Cinquante jours d'expérience intense de résurrection. Nous voulons conclure cette saison festive par une soirée de chants. Oui, nous pouvons laisser tomber notre bégaiement, nos hésitations. Nous osons chanter, sans craindre une arrogance déplacée.

La soirée n’est pas un concert. L’assemblée s’exprime elle-même en chantant. La communauté dominicaine vous invite à vivre ces chants de joie et d’espérance.

Zingen rond Pasen, Hemelvaart en Pinksteren

De Kerk heeft het ene Feest van Pasen uiteen gevouwd in de drie feesten van Pasen, Hemelvaart en Pinksteren: Jezus’ opstanding, Jezus’ terugkeer bij zijn Vader en Jezus’ zending van de Heilige Geest. We hebben deze grote liturgische cyclus net achter de rug. Vijftig dagen intense beleving van opstanding. We willen deze feestelijke tijd afsluiten met een zangavond. Ja, we kunnen ons stotteren, onze aarzelingen loslaten. We durven te zingen, zonder angst voor ongepaste arrogantie.

De avond is geen concert. Wij allen zingen zelf, als gemeenschap. De dominicaanse broeders nodigen u van harte uit om de hoop en de vreugde uit te zingen.

Singing Easter, Ascension and Pentecost

The Church has divided the single Feast of Easter into three feasts: Easter, Ascension and Pentecost: the resurrection of Jesus, the return of Jesus to his Father and his sending of the Holy Spirit. We have just finished this great liturgical cycle. Fifty days of intense resurrection experience. We want to conclude this festive season with an evening of singing. Yes, we can let go of our stammering, our hesitations. We dare to sing, without fear of inappropriate arrogance.
